7. Yin Yog: – Yin yoga is a slow-motion yog style. It involves practicing yog posture for at least 2 to 3 minutes, which relaxes each joint of the body and creates balance.
8. Kundli Yog: – In Kundalini Yoga, there is a deep focus on Pranayama. There are seven energy cycles in our body for energy transmission and awakening. Rules of Yoga

According to the rules, Yog should be done before sunrise and after sunset. Getting up early in the morning and doing yog is more beneficial.
Before Yog, it is necessary to do a mild warm-up so that the body opens up.
Yog should always begin with Tadasana.
Yog postures should always be done on an empty stomach in the morning.
For the first time, those who are doing Yog should do light yog asanas in the beginning and do it under the supervision of a yog instructor. Then as they become accustomed, they increase their level.
If you are doing Yog in the evening, do it only after three to four hours after having your meal. In addition, eat something after half an hour of doing yog.
One should not take a bath immediately after performing a yog pose but should wait for some time.
Yog poses should always be done by wearing comfortable clothes.
The place you are doing yog should be clean and quiet.
